Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Applications (Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Offer Decisioning, Federated Audience Composition, Data Distiller, etc.) offer a wide range of capabilities and potential paths to solve a range of challenges. Adobe’s customers have prioritized usage of different components of this tool set based in part on their unique needs. As a result, AEP + Apps users have different lived MarTech experiences; meaning that we have all approached Adobe Experience Cloud from our unique perspectives, have mastered different components and often created different core challenges.
Our goal for the first AEP Office Hours will be to initiate an open dialogue to learn more about your needs, challenges, and goals. We want to hear the questions that are most important to you and get your feedback regarding high value topics for future Office Hour discussions.
