Adobe Experience Platform Champion Office Hours
This will be an open forum to share challenges and product enhancement needs and discuss potential solutions related to AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, Offer Decisioning, etc. based on the experience of other attendees including AEP Champions
We are unique and face unique challenges using these powerful tools. However, working together and combining our various experiences helps us all accelerate achieving our dream future state.
Our goal for this session is to have an open dialogue where attendees can share challenges and product enhancement needs and discuss potential solutions based on the experience of other attendees including Adobe Experience Platform Champions. We want to hear your concerns so we can better understand where Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Offer Decisioning, Federated Audience Composition, etc. users are running into barriers realizing their ideal MarTech implementation which will help us provide Adobe feedback regarding community priorities for product enhancements. When we all agree that an enhancement is valuable, the likelihood that Adobe will invest in that enhancement increases.
Participants will drive this discussion. We can talk about technical puzzles, campaign design conundrums or toolset administration questions. We will have some possible topics ready in case no one wants to be first to share but we will start with suggestions from the attendees.
As a thought starter, here are some items we could discuss.
1. Streaming and Edge event data ingestion guardrails, segment count limits and evaluation methodology - part license discussion, part operational impact and part delivery design
2. Duplicate signals to destinations for the same campaign for the same customer when delivering email or direct mail directly from Real-Time CDP - note: Journey Optimizer can solve this challenge
