The Customer Journey Analytics Foundational User Group is designed specifically for practitioners who are just beginning their journey with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This group offers a welcoming, supportive environment where new users can build confidence and core skills through structured, beginner-friendly sessions — all with a focus on preparing you to pass the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Professional Certification Exam.

Sessions are led by experienced Adobe Champions who bring real-world analysis stories, hands-on guidance, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. You will have space to ask questions, work through challenges, and connect with peers who are navigating the platform for the first time — including those transitioning from Adobe Analytics.

Each session covers a key domain of the certification curriculum:

• Components — Translate business questions into the right components, build filters, and create subsets of data that answer real reporting needs
• Reporting — Choose the right visualizations and tables, select the appropriate data view, and apply date ranges with confidence
• Distribution — Schedule and share reports with stakeholders, curate dashboards, and organize projects so your work is easy to navigate and act on
• Data Analysis — Perform exploratory analysis, interpret results to surface actionable insights, evaluate audiences for activation in other AEP tools, and choose the right components for the job

As a bonus, attendees will also get exposure to how Real-Time CDP connects with CJA — understanding how profiles, audiences, and data flow between the two platforms to power end-to-end customer experiences.
