• Campaign and Journey Optimization — Build, validate, and evaluate customer journeys; understand when to use unitary vs. business events
• Offer Decisioning — Create offer collections, configure offers, and know when to use decisioning vs. personalization at scale
• Content Authoring — Personalize emails, work with fragments and templates, and design and interpret content experiments
• Foundations of AEP — Understand data types, profiles, identities, audiences, and data governance as they apply to Journey Optimizer
